  • 1 large egg (for cheesecake filling)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for cheesecake filling)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Reese's peanut butter cups (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, followed by vanilla extract.
