  • 12 ounces cranberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 12 ounces white chocolate
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter and sugar. Press into a tart pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, sugar, cornstarch, and water. Cook until cranberries burst and thicken into a sauce.
  3. Melt white chocolate with heavy cream in a separate saucepan over low heat until smooth. Stir in butter.
  4. Once the crust cools, spread the cranberry mixture on top and pour the ganache over it. Chill for at least 2 hours.
