2 cups cubed seedless watermelon
2 ripe peaches, sliced or cubed
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup fresh basil or mint leaves, torn
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic glaze or white balsamic vinegar
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare the fruit by cubing the watermelon and slicing or cubing the peaches.
Arrange the watermelon and peach pieces on a large shallow serving platter.
