  • 2 cups reduced-sodium beef broth
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (or substitute with soy sauce and vinegar)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons cold water

  1. Place frozen meatballs directly into the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together beef broth, brown gravy mix, onion soup mix, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
  3. Pour the gravy mixture over the meatballs and gently stir to coat.

  5. About half an hour before serving, mix cornstarch with cold water and add it to the slow cooker to thicken the gravy.
