  • ½ cup salted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tub whipped topping (8 ounces)
  • 36 vanilla sandwich cookies
  • ¼ cup strawberry syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the strawberry cake mix, egg, melted butter, and heavy cream until smooth.
  3. Fold in the white chocolate chips and spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 18-23 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow cooling.
  5. For frosting, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; add sour cream and vanilla. Gently fold in whipped topping.
  6. Spread frosting over cooled brownies.
  7. Crush vanilla sandwich cookies and mix with strawberry syrup; sprinkle on top of frosted brownies.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.
