32 oz. Velveeta cheese (cubed)
10 oz. frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
½ lb. cooked turkey (sliced)
20 oz. Rotel tomatoes (two 10 oz. cans)
8 oz. cream cheese (cubed)
Instructions
Prepare all ingredients by cubing the Velveeta and cream cheese, cooking the turkey until crispy and slicing it, and thawing then squeezing out excess moisture from the frozen spinach.
Add all prepared ingredients to the slow cooker and mix gently.
Set the slow cooker to HIGH and cook for approximately two hours, stirring occasionally.
