  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup Butter (melted)
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 3/4 cup Canned Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
  • Chopped Pecans (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut tortillas into rounds (about 4 inches).
  3. Mix sugar and cinnamon; brush tortillas with melted butter and coat in the mixture.
  4. Place tortillas in muffin tin cups and bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Cool shells in the tin.
  6. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar, then mix in pumpkin puree, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
  7. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
