  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, pumpkin puree, eggs, sugars, and milk until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, spices, and salt.
  4. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
