  • 4 pounds boneless beef shoulder
  • 1 large yellow onion
  • 1 can ginger beef broth (12 ounces)
  • 12 cups BBQ sauce
  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Place sliced onion at the bottom of a slow cooker or instant pot. Top with trimmed beef shoulder.
