  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple slices, drained and cut into small pieces
  • Maraschino cherries, halved
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin by greasing it or lining it with parchment.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar; spoon into muffin cups.
