  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef or turkey
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
