  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 medium/large potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • 1 TBSP Aus Ju Gravy Mix
  • 1 TBSP Ranch seasoning
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • Pepperonchinis or banana peppers
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash and cube the potatoes (peeling optional).
  2. Toss potato cubes with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Air fry the seasoned potatoes at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking occasionally.
