  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked rice or quinoa
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cucumber, diced
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup tzatziki sauce
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (overnight for deeper flavor).
