  • ½ head cabbage, roughly chopped
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced into ¼-inch rounds
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • ½ cup chicken stock
  • 1 ½ teaspoons thyme
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix thyme, smoked paprika, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Coat chicken thighs with the dry rub.
  4. In an oven-safe pan, sear chicken thighs until browned. Remove excess fat but leave some for flavor.
  5. Sauté chopped cabbage until slightly wilted.
