  • Pastry for double pie crust
  • 23 tablespoons butter (cut into small pieces)

Instructions

  2. Prepare the bottom crust in a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. In a large bowl, combine sliced apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
