  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. For the crust, mix flour, granulated sugar, and salt in a bowl. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Press into the prepared pan and bake for 15–18 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. For the filling, toss sliced peaches with granulated sugar, flour, lemon juice, and vanilla; let sit.
