  • 1 pound shredded Brussels sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1/2 of a lime (juiced)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, crumbling it until browned. Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, and green onions; cook for another 2 minutes.
  2. Remove the beef and add avocado oil to the skillet. Sauté the Brussels sprouts with salt and pepper until tender and slightly caramelized.
  3. Return the cooked beef to the skillet, pour in sweet chili sauce and lime juice, stirring well to combine.
  4. Serve over rice or grains of your choice, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
