  • 1 cup frozen corn (thawed)
  • 1/2 cup red onion (diced)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Green onions (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and optional cayenne pepper. Toss until well-coated.
  2. For the corn salsa, mix thawed corn, diced red onion, minced jalapeño (if using), chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt in another bowl.
