Ingredients

Scale
  • lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • lbs baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 56 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Potatoes: Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add halved baby potatoes seasoned with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for about 15 minutes until golden brown and fork-tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from the pan.
  2. Sear the Steak: Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of olive oil with 2 tablespoons of butter. Sear steak in batches for about 2–3 minutes on each side until browned but juicy.
  3. Add Garlic & Combine: Lower heat to medium-low; add remaining butter and minced garlic to the pan. Sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute), then return the potatoes to toss everything together.
  4. Heat Through & Serve: Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes to heat through. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
