  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine water, butter, vanilla extract, and white sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Once boiling, add flour and stir until it forms a ball that pulls away from the sides of the pan.
  3. Let the dough cool briefly before adding eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Shape dough into tablespoon-sized mounds on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes at 400°F, then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow cooling; then fill with whipped cream made from heavy cream, whole milk, and instant pudding mix.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
