  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse under cold water.
