  • 1 cup chopped candied pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped candied red cherries
  • 1 cup chopped candied green cherries
  • 1 cup roughly chopped pecans

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, whisk together plain flour, salt, and baking soda. Gradually add to the creamed mixture until no dry spots remain.

  5. Spoon dollops of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
