  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup light cream or heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Lower the heat and sauté minced garlic in the same pan for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in cream while stirring continuously; add Italian seasoning and gradually mix in parmesan cheese until smooth.
  6. If using spinach, add it now. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Return chicken to the pan, spoon sauce over it, and let simmer together for one minute before serving.
