  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black sesame seeds (optional)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon sesame oil
  • ¼ teaspoon white granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 ½ cups imitation crab, chopped
  • 34 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 34 tablespoons garlic chili oil
  • green onions, for garnish
  • sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut wonton wrappers in half diagonally and arrange them on a baking sheet with a sprinkle of kosher salt.
  2. Bake for about 8 minutes until golden and crispy.
  3. In a bowl, blend the cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and garlic powder; mix well.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the baked wontons, top with chopped imitation crab, and drizzle with sweet chili sauce.
  5. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes to warm through. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
