  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil lasagna noodles until al dente; drain and lay flat on a towel.
  2. In a bowl, mix together shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, one cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread some Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place about 1/4 cup filling onto each noodle and roll up tightly; place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving; garnish with fresh parsley.
