  • 3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 pound pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
  • 1 jar (15 oz) alfredo sauce
  • 6 Kaiser rolls (or more if needed)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 34 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken cubes with garlic seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sauté in olive oil over medium-high heat for about 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
  2. Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain well.
  3. Hollow out the centers of the Kaiser rolls to create bowls.
  4. Brush melted butter mixed with garlic seasoning inside each roll.
  5. Toast the bread bowls in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 4-5 minutes until lightly toasted.
  6. Combine cooked chicken with drained pasta and alfredo sauce; mix well.
  7. Spoon the mixture into each toasted bread bowl and top with shredded parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake again for another 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
