  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef in olive oil until browned (7–8 minutes). Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; mix well and let cool.
  4. Combine melted butter and minced garlic in a bowl.
  5. Lay tortillas flat; distribute the beef mixture evenly and sprinkle with both cheeses. Roll tightly.
  6. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper; brush with garlic butter.
