  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until softened. Stir in garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Add corn kernels to the skillet and sauté for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Combine sautéed vegetables and cheddar cheese into the egg mixture.
  6. Pour into the prepared pie dish and bake for 35-40 minutes until set and golden on top.
  7. Cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
