- 1 pound boneless sirloin, cut into bite-sized chunks
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon tallow (or beef fat)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin (optional)
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
- Kosher salt to taste
- In a large pot over medium-high heat, add tallow to coat the bottom.
