  • 6 chicken hamburger buns, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 8 slices American cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; add chopped onion and minced garlic until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Combine torn hamburger buns with melted butter and sesame seeds; layer half in a greased baking dish.
  5. Spread the beef mixture over the buns and top with special sauce; layer remaining bun pieces on top.
