  • 1 medium head of cauliflower (cut into bite-sized florets)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Coat the cauliflower florets in the batter, shaking off excess.
  4. Place florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for about 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. While cooking, mix buffalo sauce with melted butter in a small bowl.
  6. Once crispy, toss cauliflower in buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  7. Serve immediately with dipping sauces and crunchy veggies on the side.
